About RonFax
Operated by Roncy LLC · State of Wyoming, United States of America
RonFax is a pay-as-you-go online fax service for people who need to send a PDF to a US fax number without owning a machine or visiting FedEx, Staples, or The UPS Store.
Upload your document in the browser (or use email-to-fax), enter the destination number from official paperwork, pay once ($1.99 for up to 3 pages, then $0.50 per extra page), and track delivery on a secure status link. No monthly subscription is required.
The Service is provided by Roncy LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. We focus on outbound fax transmission—we do not operate retail storefronts or long-term inbound fax numbers as a primary product.
RonFax transmits the file you upload. We do not prepare legal, tax, medical, or credit documents, and we do not guarantee acceptance by the receiving agency. Always verify fax numbers on official notices before sending.

Online fax guides & destination research
Blog articles and destination pages are written and maintained by the RonFax product team at Roncy LLC. We research commonly searched US fax destinations (credit bureaus, tax agencies, insurers, and similar institutions), document what official sources currently publish, and explain how to send from a browser or email when a fax is appropriate.
Verification policy: Fax numbers and mailing addresses change. We cite official pages when we can, flag outdated third-party listings, and remind readers to confirm details on their own notice or agency site before transmitting sensitive documents.
We prioritize practical steps, clear pricing, and honest limitations over generic “what is fax” fluff. If something looks wrong in a guide, email support@ronfax.com and we will review it.
